The advantages of fastener type steel pipe scaffolding

1) Easy to install and dismantle, flexible erection. Because the length of the steel pipe is easy to adjust, the fasteners are easy to connect, so it can be adapted to a variety of planes, elevations of buildings and structures with scaffolding and formwork support.

2) More economical. Compared with other equivalent materials, simple processing, a low investment cost; if carefully designed scaffolding and formwork bracket geometry, pay attention to improve the use of steel pipe turnover, the amount of material can achieve better economic results.

Construction Scaffolding System's erection

1) The building height is lower than 30m, can use the floor type external scaffolding one-time erection, the building height is greater than 30m, should take the overhanging scaffolding section erection, each section erection height shall not exceed 20m.

2) Scaffolding vertical distance is not more than 1.5m, horizontal distance is not more than 1.2m, large crossbar step distance is not more than 1.8m.

3)Overhanging scaffolding overhanging beam must use more than 16 I-beam or channel steel, the end of the overhanging beam should use more than φ16 steel bars fixed in the engineering structure, fixed at no less than 2 points, the front of the overhanging beam should use more than φ14 steel wire rope for lifting and unloading.

3) Scaffolding should be an independent system, forbidden to connect with unloading platform, formwork support system, material hoist and external construction elevator, etc.

 

Construction Scaffolding System- erection of material receiving platform

1) Construction Scaffolding System's floor-type receiving platform erection height is not more than 30m, the spacing of the bars are decided by calculation; but the spacing of vertical and horizontal uprights and the step distance of large horizontal bars should not be greater than 1.2m; receiving platform frame should be full of longitudinal and horizontal scissor bracing.

2)The overhanging beam of the overhanging receiving platform of the Construction Scaffolding System shall be made of I-beam or channel steel above 16, and the end of the overhanging beam shall be fixed on the engineering structure using steel bars above φ16, with no less than 2 fixing points, and the front end of the overhanging beam shall be suspended and unloaded by wire ropes above φ14 in 2 places.

3) The receiving platform of Construction Scaffolding System should be designed as stereotyped and tooled product, the surrounding enclosure height should be 1.5m, two protection rails should be set around it according to the regulations, and bamboo plywood should be used for hard protection, the receiving platform should be an independent force-bearing system.

 

Construction Scaffolding System's formwork support system erection

1)The formwork support system of Construction Scaffolding System should be built with steel pipe and fasteners, and the use of wood, bamboo and other materials is strictly prohibited.

2)The spacing between the formwork columns of the Construction Scaffolding System is not more than 1.2m; the step distance of the first big horizontal bar should not be more than 1.8m, and the step distance of other big horizontal bars should not be more than 1.2m; the distance between the highest step big horizontal bar and the formwork support point should not be more than 50cm.

3) When the top of the formwork column of Construction Scaffolding System uses the top bracket screw, the length of the top bracket screw should not be greater than 1/2 of the total length of the screw (not less than 50 cm), and the bottom of the formwork column is strictly prohibited to use the top bracket screw.
