This square spigot truss is constructed with 6061-T6 / 6082-T6 aluminum material. Main tube Φ50×3 mm, vice and brace tube Φ20×2 mm ensure rigidity for overhead hanging lighting, speakers and LED screens. Standard module lengths range from 0.5 m up to 4 m. Real-world load-test data confirms 1430 kg/m distributed load at 2 m span and 2848 kg point load capacity. All mechanical indexes remain identical between black coated version and natural silver truss, surface treatment will not weaken structural performance.
Matte black powder coating effectively resists outdoor UV exposure and surface abrasion, suitable for long-term rental-cycle usage. Equipped with 6-way box corner connections, the truss system supports multi-angle three-dimensional build-up for roof truss systems. Custom curved circular truss segments are manufactured and pre-assembled inside our factory for testing before shipment, minimizing on-site assembly difficulty for large-diameter circular stage rigging.
Every batch of our aluminum truss complies with TUV certification requirements, covering product testing and factory audit, which brings extra confidence for overseas rental companies and engineering contractors. Beside truss components, we supply matching stage modules with 750 kg/sqm loading capacity, height-adjustable from 0.6 m-1 m, forming complete stage-and-rigging one-stop packages.

After production completion, customers get 30 calendar-day free warehouse storage; over-time storage will incur corresponding warehouse charges. All truss products are manufactured in our domestic factory. We complete welding inspection, surface finishing and finished-goods packing in-house.
