Manufactured from high-grade 6061-T6 / 6082-T6 aluminum alloy, the main tube adopts Φ50.0×3.0 mm, while vice tube and brace tube apply Φ20.0×2.0 mm. The standardized spigot connection design ensures fast assembly on-site. Available standard lengths cover 0.5 m, 1 m, 2 m, 3 m and 4 m, and custom lengths are supported for special-project requirements.
With reliable load-bearing performance verified by professional testing, the distributed load reaches up to 1430 kg/m at 2-meter span, and maximum point load hits 2848 kg under 2-meter condition. Full-range deflection data guarantees structural safety for overhead lighting rigging, roof systems and complex curved truss constructions. The black matte powder-coated surface provides scratch resistance, anti-corrosion performance and elegant visual effect, widely preferred for indoor theatres and large-scale outdoor live-event sites.
